Rebel Foods was established in its current form in 2011 by Jaydeep Barman and Kallol Banerjee, initially operating Faasos as a restaurant chain. The company later moved toward delivery-focused cloud kitchens, which allowed it to run several food brands from the same kitchen infrastructure. Its owned brands include Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, Sweet Truth and The Good Bowl. Rebel Foods has also worked with outside restaurant brands and provides technology and operating infrastructure through its platform. Its EatSure service allows consumers to order food from multiple brands. The company operates across India and selected international markets. Its model combines food brands, kitchens, recipes, supply-chain systems, delivery technology and software for running multiple restaurant concepts from shared locations.
