Anirudh Sharma is a co-founder and board member of Third Wave Coffee.

Journey

Sharma was part of the founding group that combined friendship, exposure to international coffee culture and an interest in building a modern Indian café brand. Public material on his individual education and earlier career is limited, so details that cannot be reliably reconciled are omitted.

He founded Third Wave Coffee with Sushant Goel and Ayush Bathwal. The business developed from a Bengaluru café and roastery into a multi-city chain built around fresh roasting, food and community spaces. In 2024 the founders moved to board roles when Rajat Luthra was appointed professional CEO.

Working approach
