Nitin Kaushal is the co-founder of Country Delight.

Journey

Kaushal studied at IIM Indore and worked in corporate banking at HSBC, advancing through roles serving emerging companies. He left banking to build a dairy business with Chakradhar Gade, trading a financial-services career for direct exposure to farming and perishable supply chains.

Country Delight began with fresh milk and a subscription model, then developed sourcing, quality testing, processing and daily delivery capabilities. The platform later added other food essentials that could use the same household relationship and logistics network. Kaushal's public profile continues to identify him as co-founder, with a less public executive portfolio than Gade's CEO role.

Working approach

His banking background contributes attention to cash cycles and capital needs in a business where inventory expires quickly. The founders learned through operating cattle and deliveries rather than assuming software alone could solve quality.

Assessment

Kaushal helped build the commercial and financial base of a full-stack food company. Expansion makes working capital, food safety and route economics more—not less—important.
