R. K. Misra

R. K. Misra is a co-founder and president for ecosystem partnerships at Yulu.

Journey

Misra studied engineering at IIT Kanpur and management at the University of Tokyo. His career has included entrepreneurship, public policy and urban-governance work. He founded ventures, worked on civic initiatives in Bengaluru and developed relationships across government, business and infrastructure.

He co-founded Yulu in 2017 with Amit Gupta, Naveen Dachuri and Anuj Tewari. Yulu's official leadership page assigns Misra responsibility for ecosystem partnerships. This covers the public and private relationships needed for parking, charging, battery swapping, vehicle deployment and urban access.

Working approach

Misra's contribution reflects the fact that mobility businesses cannot scale through an app alone. City rules, streets, energy systems and local partners determine whether the service can operate consistently.
