Journey

Jadhav studied at Shivaji University and worked at Brainvisa Technologies before joining the FirstCry founding group. His career developed through technology operations rather than a highly public chief-executive role.

At FirstCry, Jadhav has led the technology supporting the website, applications, inventory, warehouses, stores and customer systems. The retailer's model became more complex as it added private brands, franchises and international operations. Public-company material and executive profiles identify him as co-founder and CTO.

Working approach
